How to Order
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally however, depending on where you are located, shipping fees may vary. For international shipping please contact us directly on Facebook before placing an order.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
The time it takes for you to receive your package depends on your location. Upon ordering your package you'll receive an email and from there on out you'll be updated via email once your package has been processed & dispatched.

How Can I Return a Product?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We sometimes have special sales & promotions during holiday events. The best place to check for ongoing sales & promotions would be on our Facebook page. We may also advertise the sale / promotion codes via our website.
I Made a Mistake on My Order, What Do I Do?
If you believe you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately via our social media pages or via a direct email as we work as fast as possible to get orders processed & shipped.
If you aren't happy with your package, you may contact us via Facebook or Instagram to discuss a return.
